This information centre has been established to provide retailers with important information needed to better serve those Hydro Ottawa customers who have chosen to purchase the commodity portion of their electricity from a licensed supplier. Information on this site will be updated as required. Only those retailers who have a signed "Retailer Service Agreement" with Hydro Ottawa can access this information.
